Baltimore’s NoLuck Ny  has been steadily building momentum ever since his breakout single “Stay Sober”  dropped about six months ago, racking up over 147K views on YouTube  and introducing the city to a new kind of energy. When I first met Ny at the VA SHIFT studio , he struck me as laid back and genuine. Quiet confidence, no ego.
